Delivery Information


At Trouserpress.co.uk we offer a fast and reliable delivery service to all mainland UK addresses and our delivery services fall into one category: Next Working Day Delivery.

Delivery Fees: To find out the full delivery cost for your order you can use our Shipping Calculator. To find and use this handy tool simply add the product(s) you want to purchase to your basket, then on the next page enter your full post code in to the shipping calculator and click Calculate. You will then be shown the full delivery cost to your area for the product(s) in your basket.

Contact Free Delivery: Following the recent outbreak of Covid-19 in the UK our carriers are now conducting contact free deliveries on all orders. There is currently no impact on our delivery timeframes but you will see some differences in how the carrier will go about delivering your order. One of the main differences is that the carriers will only be delivering to the door as they reduce physical contact. If you cannot accept a contact free delivery please do contact us.


Next Working Day Delivery


How it works:
Available on all of our Trouser presses and accessories. Our Next Working Day delivery is conducted by a 1-man delivery team and is a fast and convenient service. To receive your order the next working day, simply place your order for any applicable product before 11am.

Cut off point, weekends and UK bank holidays:
To ensure that you receive your order the next working day you must complete and pay for your order by no later than 11am. If your order is placed after this time then your order will be processed and dispatched the next working day - there is no exception to this cut-off point. If your order is placed after 11am on a Friday or at any point during the weekend your order will be processed and dispatched on the Monday. If your order is placed during a UK bank holiday your order will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.

Please note: If the product ordered is out of stock at the time of purchase, your order will be dispatched once stock becomes available the following working day. You will be notified of the restock date in your email confirmation and you will be kept informed of the status of your order via regular email updates.

Couriers we use:


  • DHL:
    Responsible for carrying our small to medium items. When your order has been dispatched by us DHL will send you a text/email notification of your tracking details. On the morning of delivery and once your order has been loaded on to the van you will be sent a 1hr delivery notification and at this point you will have various Change It options should you not be available for delivery. DHL will then send you a You’re Next notification when they are just one stop away.
     
    DPD:
    Responsible for carrying our smaller items. When your order has been dispatched by us DPD will send you a text/email notification of your tracking details. On the morning of delivery and once your order has been loaded on to the van you will be sent a 1hr delivery notification and at this point on you will have various Change It options should you not be available for delivery.

Made To Order (MTO)


How It Works
If you place an order for a trouserpress that is Made To Order, this will take up to six weeks for this to be manufactured and delivered. However, we will keep you informed of its progress and provide regular updates to keep of how production is going. Once your trouserpress has completed production you will reciecve a notification that your order is ready for dispatch and the chosen courier will be in touch regarding delivery.

Accessories


How It Works
If you place an order for one of our accessory items. This will be dispatched via our Royal Mail service. The service used is the 2nd class postal service for which can take up to 5 working days for delivery to take place.


Delivery Tips


Whilst all due care and diligence is taken to ensure that your product arrives to free from damage and on time, things can occasionally go wrong. Here are a few things we recommend when you've placed an order with us:
  • If your product arrives and is obviously damaged, refuse the item with the courier and contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • Once you have taken delivery of your item, unpack and inspect your goods as soon as it is convenient - whether you intend to install and use the item straight away or not. Occasionally fragile items can get damaged inside the packaging, without damaging the box. We will gladly exchange any items that arrive damaged, but we must be notified of any damage within 30 days of your receipt of the goods.
  • Mistakes can happen, and occasionally deliveries can be delayed or get damaged in transit. As such, we recommend that you do not book any installation work until you have received your goods in full and are completely satisfied with their condition and suitability. Fired Up Corporation will accept no liability for any costs incurred from installation or fitting fees.
